The prettiest tulle skirt ever! It has two layers of tulle and a lining layer. It has rose pink pearls on the outside. It features an elastic waist with a silk fabric that is super comfy.

Returns are accepted for store credit only.  All returns must be sent back to us within 15 days of the delivery date. 

 All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and in original condition with Variety Row tags attached.
